“My husband and I had an appointment there in the last week of november. The person we had an appointment with was helping someone else when we arrived. They didn't really acknowledge us except to mumble something about us being early. We were there five minutes before our appointed time. Luckily, someone else was available to help us. AJ was super friendly and amazingly helpful. And thank god, he was available because if he wasn't, we'd probably still be waiting for the person we had an appointment with. So you might be wondering why I am giving it five stars with the person we had an appointment with pretty much ignoring us. Well AJ was just that helpful. And I do understand that people get busy/caught up with other people or other things. Of course the guy we did have an appointment with could have been a little bit friendlier, so he should keep that in mind. But thanks again to AJ who actually did help us.”
