I was so excited to dye my hair. I specifically asked how much developer I needed to buy because I was not sure. I now can’t dye my hair because she gave me incorrect info and I have to work the next 4 days and will be unable to dye it. Thanks for giving me incorrect information. I’m honestly super pissed about it.

I would give them 5 stars because I color my own hair and I love their products. Unfortunately they are always poorly stocked and I often have to resort to ordering from their website. Popular colors like certain shades of red can be be out of stock for weeks at a time.
