DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!THE LAST 2 YEARS HAVE BEEN HELL FOR ME! THEY CONSTANTLY JACK UP YOUR BILL MESS UP THE PROMOTIONS AND ALWAYS TRY TO CLAIM THEY ARE LEGITIMATE CHARGES. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT JUST TO HAVE YOUR BILL RIGHT EVERY MONTH

Employees were professional and easy to work with. Internet equipment works great with easy app to use just not too strong in my area. Would recommend!

Me and my wife switched over to t-mobile yesterday and they even looked up coverage and said we were in 5G extended area and iv had dropped service and so has my wife and like right now I'm only getting 1 bar and so does her phone , if I knew this we would of never switched over , only reason we did was to pay a lesser bill a month ,but the service they said we would get is not what we are getting and me and my wife isn't too happy , in my opinion it's misleading , because we shouldn't get 1 bar specially for being in a 5G extended area unless they just told us that to switch over

Don’t ever go through Sprint/(T-Mobile) to get service. I’ve been trying to disconnect my mom’s phone since last year around January or February because my brother got her a phone. I got a call around June saying the phone was still on there. We yet again tried to get it turned off. To no prevail they still didn’t shut it off. My mom passed back in October. Well I got a call in November saying yet again my mom’s phone was in service. Then again in December. They still did not turn my mom’s phone off and won’t even reimburse us for the money we unknowingly paid on it. Here we are in March and the phone is still freaking on. The disrespect I feel from this company is unending. They tell us they will turn it off and give us the money back and here we still are.

They make canceling your account almost impossible! They can’t/won’t help you cancel your account in the store. After being on hold for and hour with the 800 number I was hung up on with no call back. When I called back I had to wait 2 hours to even get my call answered by a person. Would not recommend

Chris went above and beyond today. We lost a family member unexpectedly and Chris helped us remove an account. He showed kindness and compassion and we are so grateful. Thank you for help and empathy.

Mitch & Alexis at T-Mobile were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this particular store. Mitch helped me find exactly what I needed and had a smile on his face the whole time!

The employees here are very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I recently switched from Verizon and it’s a world of difference. The gentlemen and lady who helped were very thoughtful, not pushy at all!! I definitely recommend this store!!!

I would highly recommend this store. They are very helpful and very friendly. I had a bad experience when I started with Tmobile back in March and the friendliness and professionalism from Mitch and his Manager that i know they would be able to help with your wireless needs. Stop by and let them see what they can do for you!!!!!!
