They also handled Pink having a tantrum about being loaded after surgery with grace and calmness. I appreciated that because this was out of character for her and she was a handful! “I took my German Rottweiler here for his yearly vaccines and a check up. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They were able to get me in for the appointment on short notice. Cost was $104 total for exam and multiple shots. They do accept credit cards for payments. No one tried to hard sell any upgrades, but they did make recommendations. The Dr. Shelton was very professional and you could tell he has lots of experience working with animals. There was just a short wait in the exam room before the doctor came in, which gave the staff plenty of time to copy my pet's medical history. We put a muzzle on my dog before administering the shots, and my dog did not like the muzzle or the shots, lol. I helped hold my dog while the doctor administered the shots with the assistance of a staff member. The doctor was patient and took his time as I helped hold my dog still for the shots. The lobby and exam room were clean and nice looking. Plenty of parking and easy access to get into the property, which is also wheelchair accessible. Overall the appointment took about 30 minutes and all went well. They give you a print out of all shots given for your records. My dog and I left, and he was a happy boy ready to go for a ride to get home. I recommend this doctor and his office.”

“Love this place. Dr. Epler and his staff are great. They address your concerns without trying to oversell or upsell other shots, medicines, or products. Prices are reasonable and the first thing they ask you isn't "are you a new customer" in order to schedule you weeks out--call most local vets and it's literally the first thing they ask. No fancy gadgets that hike up customer prices, just good quality animal care and customer service. They deserve 10 stars.”
