I needed to return an expensive item that my insurance provided me separately after I originally purchased it so it was no longer needed. Three different employees had trouble operating the computer/register and would only offer me store credit even though I was following store policy and told them I wanted back my original form of payment. The problem with the computer became my problem as a customer, which I refuse to accept. The third employee, Laura or Lauren (I can't exactly remember her name because she was very rude and had me upset; she was younger and had a nose ring though), I tried to explain to her that it was her job to talk to someone and figure this out because I wasn't leaving without my money because I was following the return policy and the computer not responding as expected was their problem and not mine. She responded to this by threatening to kick me out of the store while I was doing absolutely nothing wrong. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't curse, all I did was stand up for myself and state what I wanted, but I guess that hurt her ego and she lost control of her emotions. At that point I didn't want to have any more trouble from your employee bullying me so I accepted the store credit even though that's really not what I wanted. At the end of the day I was punished for following policy and asking for something I was fully entitled to. On top of that, threatened to be kicked out because I crossed the wrong person I guess. Every time I come in this store there is 1 employee visible at any time and there's a line a mile long. I know from this experience there's at least 3 or 4 more hiding in the back at any given time and it makes complete sense why the lines are always long and slow and everyone in town prefers to go to the CVS instead (which has a full parking lot any time I go compared to this place). It's too bad because this place is closer to my home and I prefer Walgreen's prices and branded products over CVS. I'll be sure to burn through this store credit as fast as possible and never return. I'll instruct anyone in my circle to steer clear as well. Do better.

Slow, slow, slow pharmacy can’t resolve issues in an orderly fashion, filled 2 out of 6 prescriptions, then 1 more until asked to just fill all smh (all 6 prescriptions came In together), took several days to get prescriptions. Caught pharmacist talk smack with another employee until she noticed I was listening and pharmacist quickly addressed the other I was standing there. Although they backstroked, too late, I already heard everything! Daughter doctor wrote prescription for 12 pain pills after an emergency c-section and they accused prescription being suspicious while talking smack, I took advantage of my opportunity to question them about their accusations… you received prescription from doctor, you even called to confirm, correct… then what exactly is suspicious? (Never received a legitimate answer) SMh Unprofessional…. Although they may shown some empathy, they have zero compassion! Unsure what’s worse her problem solving skills or ability to do her job and fill a prescriptions in less than 4 days! Worst experience I have ever experienced with a pharmacist. Wasn’t even asked if I had any questions about prescriptions. Never again!!!! Sad when pharmacist questions a MD especially in front of customers behind the MD back! I’ll take my advice from a doctor just plz do your damn job in the future for others! We won’t be back!!!!!

Pharmacy NOT open on weekends and has very random hours of service. Go somewhere else if you have regular meds to fill! I wish I could, but my insurance sucks and I have very little options.

They filled a prescription that I thought was being filled at another pharmacy, and then closed for 4 days without calling me to let me know it was filled and I needed to pick it up before they would be closing for multiple days! Huge thank you to Dylan at the Rushville Pharmacy for calling my insurance to get it sent to them since nobody at Walgreens could take care of it on their end. Go to a locally owned pharmacy if you can, because they care about their customers and will actually help you take care of your family!

Absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Terrible service, always on hold for hours or in line forever. Rude pharmacists and technicians. Won't take GoodRx and completely unhelpful. Will never go back. Horrible!

I cannot say thank you enough to the pharmacy manager, Heather!! I have been unable to get my CGM prescription after an insurance issue with new year coupled with being sent to a super busy, short staffed Walgreens. It's been 2 weeks, days of fruitless phone calls (2 hours on hold only to get disconnected by the other Walgreens multiple times) along with corporate telling me there was nothing they could do. In a matter of 5 minutes, Heather was able to transfer my prescription to her Walgreens and get it all handled and ordered. Having covid currently (needing to check my blood sugars more than ever), I have never felt so helpless in getting what I need. I understand how rough it is and that pharmacists are completely overwhelmed right now. I am just so thankful for Heather saving the day! I just wanted to give some kudos!

This pharmacy at the moment is the worst Walgreens I've ever used I used to love Walgreens but recently I've gone days multiple times without my meds because they've been closing on random day they say bc of a national pharmacist shortage but they have been neglecting to inform there customers that are hey are closing nor are the accommodating them when they are knowing they will be closed,if I go with out some of my meds I can have siezures, now understand this is just the pharmacy department not the entire store, the pharmacy needs to be more communicative with there customers

I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat!!!! the staff in the pharmacy are always so patient with me and my discount cards. they have always been so helpful in helping me find assistance, because diabetes for a type 1 diabetic are so expensive!
