I only have one prescription that I have to take daily, so my interaction is minimal with the staff. Since I've been taking this medicine for about a year now, they finally suggested that they could send reminders to the doctor that my RX is up to be renewed so that I don't have to call the doctor's office myself and now the pharmacy sends me a text when my RX needs to be refilled and another when it is ready for pick up.However, a couple of times that I have received a text and they say it is ready and that they close at 7pm, I have got there at 6pm and they were closed already. Today was one of those days

I recently moved from the local kroger pharmacy to Walmart and I have zero regrets. I have been on subutex (a mat drug) for a year and half, slowly dosing down. I frequently run into problems with getting the script filled between the clinic, insurance, and sometimes the pharmacy. Kroger pharmacy was never willing to answer any of my questions. I often felt judged and not respected because I am on MAT. Beth and the techs at walmarthave been beyond helpful when I have any questions and never seem annoyed to help me. It means a lot to people who are trying to better their lives. I understand we all have difficult days but judgment should never be passed on or a person's words shouldn't be doubted because of the medication they take.

Beth was great! Carried herself very professionally and understanding! My friend has a HUGE phobia of needles. Her and I serve in the Americore and aren’t from Indiana, so we were very worried on how the pharmacist were going to react by seeing my friend medicated for her phobia. Beth did an amazing job with her booster shot! She tried to calm her down, and take her mind off of the needle by talking about her favorite color, etc. Since we had just gotten to Indiana yesterday, I am very glad her kind soul was the first person I met here :). Thank you Beth!

My prescriptions are always filled promptly, correctly and with friendliness. The pharmacy technicians are always willing to help, and the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable

3 times I stopped at the curbside pharmacy pickup. 3 times I was told they didn't have enough people to go out. I do not go in, I'm extremely high risk for covid19. (Lung cancer and compromised immune system)My wife went in to pick up scripts, and there was no one in line, and three people behind the desk she could see. I may be wrong, but it doesn't require 3 people to wait on 1 customer.I'll be moving my business elsewhere, along with everyone I know.

This Pharmacy in Shelbyville Indiana is the worst Pharmacy at a Walmart I have ever dealt with every time you go there is something different to deal with somebody tells you one thing and then the other person tells you another thing

Girl working at the pick up counter tells me 30 mins for a prescription I called in 5 hours earlier so I circle the store waiting for a text to pick up my prescription I walk back up in 40 mins for the girl at the counter to tell me that it is out of stock with an attitude. I ask her why I wasn't told this when I came up to the counter the first time she cops an attitude with me and says I don't know I just work here. Worst customer service.

Wait times are crazy, staff is super friendly, I come here for prescription formula for my little one with a milk protein allergy and they always have it in stock. Haven’t had to interact much with knowing if they’re knowledgeable but the little bit I’ve seen, they definitely need to work on the wait times.

Great staff, unfortunately I can never use this pharmacy because they always seem to be out of stock on the prescriptions that I need. Usually there are very long lines, which means a long wait time when dropping off and picking up your prescriptions.
