Pumps never work and they don't bother to put an out of service sign on it. Just go to Valero. At least their pumps pump gas.

My 1st time visiting your store, the manager has little or no managerial qualities , he was berating the employees in front of the customers, I really didn’t want to hear that, I work in customer service, and that’s not how you treat your employees period! My boss would never do that, we are all adults, and should be treated as such, if you want respect, you have to give it, the woman he was talking to was pissed, don’t blame her, if it was me, I would have asked him to step into the office and told him never speak to me like that again, I’m just saying, I will not be back!!!

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and almost every time i’m in there there’s a manager that seems to be very rude to his employees and customers. i’ve heard him tell employees “lose your attitude” over the smallest thing. i’ve heard a lot of micro managing and that is not okay in the work place period! i hope that some changes happen soon!

They close when ever they want. It's 10pm right now, the doors are locked and the hours online say they're open until 11pm. There are no hours posted in any of the windows or doors either.

I meet my son's father here for drop off/pickup every other weekend on Friday & Sunday. The store is always pretty neat/tidy. The women's bathroom has never been the cleanest and there's a cleaning task sheet displayed on the wall near the hand sink that almost never displays the correct date which leads most ppl to believe the restrooms have not been cleaned in days (gross), the TP is also never stocked. Every single time I have wanted a hot chocolate or cappuccino, the machine is empty or "out of order." Major short comings here. I will say however the same 2 gentlemen work everytime I come in and they aren't overly talkative but are polite and helpful. All in all, if I didn't HAVE to come to this gas station every other weekend, I would not necessarily return on my own accord. Thank you!

The food part is always close no matter what time you go. You should take that option out if it is never available. I mentioned the disappointment to an employee and it was just brushed off.

Apparently, if you want to be rang up for gas at this gas station, the employees think it's OK to be rude & aggressive for no reason, but they were bothered at work??? Start a fight & call names??? Every single time, we have to stop here as it is one of the only gas stations on our way home from indy, it's always something. If you are all so miserable working there, maybe find new jobs!!!Do better!
