“On Sunday Dec 5th we were staying at the Essenhaus in Middlebury. Our car battery died and we couldn't find any shops to help . We called a lot of places. We are from Canada and were under a time constraint to get back home. The man from Miller's went above and beyond by coming to the Essenhaus trying to jumpstart our battery. When that didn't work he went back to the shop, brought a new battery back and installed it right in the parking lot. Words cannot express how very grateful we are that he was willing to help us out. “I was concerned about an oil leak and I had a trip coming up and they did great at working me in very last minute before the weekend. Then they checked it out and didn't charge me for that which was very kind of them. I had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend!!!”
