“Ok. So I was told to go here for a headlight switch for my daughter's golf cart. The staff, Allen, was looking for the part. Did not have in stock but said could have it in 2 days. He also referred me to Jerry at Yoder's custom repair n cart service a few miles out of town. I went there and Jerry had the part. Got the cart fixed up that day.Even tho Napa and Allen couldn't help me with the part, they had no problem sending me elsewhere to get it.Small Business helping other Small Businesses in the area is what Small Town folks are all about. I stopped by the next day to thank Allen and told him I was very appreciative of his effort to fix my problem, even if it meant someone else got the money. Stop in and tell Allen he did good by the customer.NAPA, awesome folks!!”

“While Visiting French Lick my 2014 F150 suddenly had no power, the hotel I was at immediately recommended Dr Auto. It was 4:15 pm and was worried there wasn’t enough time to get help before they closed at 5pm. By 4:40 they loaded us and the truck up. Don the tow truck driver even volunteered to drive us over 25 minutes away to our campsite. Didn’t sleep much that night, being from out of town, Dr Auto looked very busy and we had to be out of our camp site in 36 hours to head home 4 hours away. No worries they called by 9:30 the next morning saying they had found a loose wire next to the new battery that been installed a few days before. Their computer scan showed a low voltage problem. They had already driven the truck for 15 miles to make sure that was the problem. Can’t express enough how thankful I am that they fixed the problem promptly at a more than fair price!”
