I had run out of options and people that would be willing to help me so my husband drove me down to the Roseland branch where the manager and teller helped me recoup my money on an unused money order. Huge hassle to close an account if you are out of state and cannot physically come in. This is ridiculous and a money grab. I have easily closed accounts at other banks over the phone.

Great bank. Our hometown branch in New Carlisle is the Best. All the 1st Source branches we've visited are courteous, professional and friendly. Alas we like our hpme town branch the most.
