Store was supposed to be open at 11am. Waited 15 minutes after and noone showed up to answer locked door and then we proceeded to call twice and no answer either. Rang until phone hung up call.

Absolutely awful customer service. First I bought a computer. I brought it home, logged in and as soon as I did that, my Microsoft had been hacked 30 times in one day. I took it back, they said they couldnt give me a loaner due to not having one in the same price range and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks before I could get another. So I told them to keep it. I then rented a couch, loveseat and tv thru them. Figured out that we feel like giants on the couch, so I asked them for another couch, but refused to find one in the same price range. So I said screw it and went to rent a center. I scheduled a pickup with Aaron's, the same day as rent a center, so the old stuff can go out and the new stuff can come in. They said Monday wouldn't work, so it would have to be Tuesday. Its now Tuesday, I called and they said we weren't on the schedule. He asked me who I spoke with, I told him I don't remember, but I have a time and date of when I called. He refused to help bcuz I didn't know the associate, but told me that the calls are monitored and recorded. So if the calls are recorded, go back and listen to who I spoke with since I have a date and time, and they REFUSED AGAIN. I don't think I've even had such bad customer service from a company. They can come get their stuff tomorrow or they can sue me ☺️🤷♀️ "that is recorded"... "Ok, and?" 🤣🤣 This is what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt.... Smh

Man, Phil and Bill are the absolute GOATs. The dryer we got has had problems, but they are always on top of it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and they always have the answers to all of my questions with the astute knowledge that is becoming so rare in this world. Bill and Phil deserve a raise and a podcast.
P.S. I absolutely love the laptop. A+ on all the hard work.

I'll Never Shop Here Again .! I Bought A Couch That I Love But , It Is Infested With Bedbugs . It Was All Wrapped Up And Everything When I Got It Delivered Then I Go To Sit On It And Notice Something Crawling Around So I Investigated Just To Find Multiple Spots Where The Bedbugs Were Burrowed . Who Sells Furniture Infested With Bedbugs .!?! I'm So Disgusted And Disappointed Because I Paid For Something ,That I Feel , Wasn't Brand New . Wish I Could've Left 0 Stars And Get My Money Back .

Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service.

I have been renting from Aaron's since 1992. I have had only two issues with them and it was corrected in an timely matter. Both issues was my fault. I still would rent from them. Excellent service!!

I have been renting to a own a bedroom set for a year now and have 1 more year to go. Our fridge broke so I was going to add on a fridge and proceeded to do so when my husband decided to buy one elsewhere as it was an emergency. I then decided shortly after to go ahead and add on another bedroom set and when attempting to do so I was told on the phone by a female manager how big of an inconvenience it was ordering the fridge and now not having any space as the barely had room in the store anyway. I only asked for them to order the fridge in the 1st place because when I went there all of their refrigerators were badly damaged and if I was to buy a $2,000 appliance, I sure wanted one that wasn't damaged! Overall this was VERY RUDE and this woman needs to learn some customer service skills. Things happen in retail unexpectedly and it is not the customer"s fault and should not feel as though your bad day is ever their fault! I will pay off my current lease but I m done with this place! I will go elsewhere for my other bedroom purchase. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Fire the rude and unprofessional Brittany that runs the Edison Rd. store in South Bend, Indiana. Very bad for business. I will make it a point to contact everyone I know to refer them elsewhere.

I had to change my review now. The online set up was bad. Really poorly explained for finalization which caused my wife and I to cancel delivery and future service. Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

got a washer and dryer delivered as promised though had to make sure to call alot to make sure ducks were in a row. rich was the man made sure new hookups were delivered also. delivery driver was working past clock out time to make sure it was delivered on the date promised. def recommend Aaron's just call alot to make sure ducks r in a row. also helped driver get it in our house since it was a huge set didnt need him to install he loved that.

Hey I have a lot to say but will wait for corporate to call me back. VERY rude people AND VERY unprofessional. This store needs new staff and ally of training I will never do business at THIS location again.
