This is a good storage facility for your storage needs. Easy protected gate entrance and exit. I really like this feature because you need to enter your personal code when you enter than in order to exit the storage facility you need to reenter your personal code. I feel a lot more comfortable with this feature. Safety is a big thing to me and this is a reassurance I’m safe here to me. Easy to rent online is so convenient. If any questions staff is only a phone call away and even if you are new to the whole storage usage thing, rest assured the staff are caring enough to help you along. I would without a doubt recommend this facility to friends and family.

It was confusing at first since there was no key pad at the front gate. I had to ask around just to find out that the key pad is hidden between two poles before the gate. It would be nice if there was a sign and a light over the key pad to avoid the confusion. Also, it was hard to find the unit numbers past 74 just to find out that they're inside the building. It would help if there was a sign on the middle above the slide doors saying numbers 75 through ... The customer care on the phone was responsive, but they didn't have a clue and there wasn't a map online or in person to view either. It would help if there was a map too. Other than the confusion, I appreciate that the unit is clean and ready for storage. 👍

Office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Units are clean and I never worry about anyone breaking into my unit.

We have had a larger storage unit since early April of this year and just added a 2nd smaller unit last week. Staff is very easy to work with and responsive. Rental fees are reasonable and Burnett site seems to be clean and safe.
