Tech was great. The extended warranty provided by Assurion was not. Do not ever buy any type of extended warranty from Asurion. Alpha couldn’t have been better to deal with but they had hands tied due to the warranty being with Asurion.

My girl won a tv from her work 2 years ago. It just broke the other day found this place nearby and dropped my tv off. They were kind and went the extra mile to see if there was a warranty on the tv and there was a warranty so we didn't have to pay anything. Really saved us especially with the holiday coming up.
