“I would give six stars if I could. I was looking for an apartment on short notice and the staff at the Pointe were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. They shepherded me through the process even though I was out of town, and handled the entire thing very professionally. Karlee in particular is exceptionally good at her job. She and Theresa welcomed me into the community and made the place feel like home before I had even moved in. They kept an eye out for packages that arrived before I did and made sure I got everything I needed. The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I looked at dozens of places and this one was the only one that appealed to me. I chalk that up largely to the staff.”

“I’m traveling for work, and we were told we were traveling on very short notice. We found this property. Fully furnished. Amazing view, secured parking. As well as a gym! Lucas was very thorough and was able to get us in to the unit smooth and quickly! Have had no issues whatsoever! Anytime we have questions they are answered immediately! Love being here, and it is an amazing home away from home!”

“Low income apartments. Seems to give many in the community a 2nd chance. I think they allow felons here and others who are down on their luck. Police presence is very visible and they interact with the residents. Considering the type of folks who live here there's not an unusual amount of crime activity. If there is an issue it's usually quickly squashed by the residents, owners or police. This spot deserves a community pat on the back. ????”

“I have lived at the Foundry for 4 years - Foundry North - and the experience has been nothing but exceptional. Move in was easy, any maintenance question or request is answered timely and professionally and the management staff, and all those that work in the office, are professional and friendly.
The hallways are clean, the stairwells are clean and the amenities are wonderful. The location is great too! Eddy Street has great restaurants, Trader Joes is walking distance away and there is a great ice cream shop that is right around the corner.
Great place to live!”
