“I really enjoyed living here! It had short term lease, allowed pets, and had furnished apartments available. The location was great, close to cute restaurants like the Lauber and those on Eddy Street. They were also very close to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend. The neighborhood was in a nice area of the city and close to the water, too. Also across the street from a dog park, which is great if you have a pet.”

“Low income apartments. Seems to give many in the community a 2nd chance. I think they allow felons here and others who are down on their luck. Police presence is very visible and they interact with the residents. Considering the type of folks who live here there's not an unusual amount of crime activity. If there is an issue it's usually quickly squashed by the residents, owners or police. This spot deserves a community pat on the back. ????”
“Only been here for a week but one thing prompted me to give a 5 star review: Steve from maintenance!I've been in a couple of similar apartment complexes before and maintenance would always be a pain. Wasn't thrilled to have to submit a maintenance request so early due to a faulty hanging wall rack in the closet... but Steve came around the very next day, acknowledged our issue, scheduled a next day appointment so he could get the necessary tools, and came around the next day to fix it, all with a level of professionalism, positive attitude and friendliness that were pretty admirable, he even gave me some great tips on wall anchors! So huge props to Steve and very happy with how my maintenance request was handled, deserves a positive review!”
