Our route representative is terrific - great customer service and just an overall nice person. Some of the rugs in the rotation are definitely more worn than others, but they provide us with the product we want.

Very friendly staff and very responsive to our specific needs. The count of rags per bag might be slightly off per bag. Always on time and bringing extra rags if we need them. Great service!
