“I have been to Wine and Canvas - South Bend four times now and it is a blast every time.
However, this last time I went I ordered their specialty drink that evening expecting it to be bottomless like previous visits. When I cashed out at the end, it was then that I was informed that they no longer do bottomless and that changed on July 1st.
There was no post nor update on their website stating this. I had planned to pay for my friend’s drinks that night. This was very upsetting and could have been communicated better by having a posted update on their website AND communicating the recent change at the beginning of the session.
Regardless, still a fun experience and had tremendous amounts of fun with my friends.”
