The manager Daniel was very very nice to my mom and I. He was polite and even offered us a special promotion for our internet service without us even asking! 10/10 will recommend to go to this AT&T store over other stores in South Bend.

Recently I switched from Verizon, to start the area around my home gets absolutely no service even though it shows 5g full bars (known issue for the area) Other than not having reliable service on my phone I have no issues with the service.. My issue is with the staff. I was told I had to get insurance and that if I didn't the rep would get in trouble. Slamming features on a customer's account is not a good look, I would advise maybe some sales training instead. My last complaint is with a woman that works here, not sure her name but when I called to try and see what we could do to figure this out she said "they wouldn't be able to help me" I get not wanting to talk to At&t but to blatantly lie and say you can't is different. A little bit of Customer service goes a long way! The original rep I worked with, Josh is the only positive out of the situation.
