George is excellent at his job and deserves employee of the month! He responded to my questions in great detail and was very patient during my upgrade. He even helped with choosing a new case and screen protector for my new phone. George is very attentive when it comes to listening to customers when they're describing what they they're looking for and providing it. My overall experience was great.

Zack was fantastic. Helped me with everything I needed. Unfortunately I misread the survey that I put down very dissatisfied. That’s not the case. He was wonderful. Did a fantastic job.

Went to att with 2 broken phones. While there Steven help us with getting new phones and getting everything switched over. Normally we don't upgrade because the process is stressful but Steven did everything to make it go smooth. I would definitely go back.

Went to the store to get a replacement screen cover, which we were told would be free if we got the AT&T version of the screen cover. I was told by the sales associate there it would cost me $10. Then when they access our account, they told me I couldn’t get it that my wife would have to come in and give them her ID to scan. I ended up having to buy a whole new screen protector which cost me just shy of $54 needless to say I will be dealing direct with the company that makes it online from now on.
AT&T and their scams at these stores is getting totally out of hand. Our government should step in and shut places like this down!
When we first got our new phones.Mike, the salesman who helped us was a bit miss leading . The time we spent at the store was a little excessive. what we were given for our trade-in iPhones was not even close to being reasonable in my opinion. The phones were in ment shape, but they were an iPhone 12. we were also told we would be charged an activation fee, which we have had service with you for over 10 years! An activation fee for us in my opinion is totally ridiculous. The promotions that were out there said we would get an iPhone 16 free. As you can see that definitely didn’t happen not really feeling like a valued customer.

Hi definitely worth coming to AT&T, Thanks to Joe! I was able to get a new phone and a plan. Process was smooth and great on his side, on my side it was a slow but Joe had so much patience with me! As someone with social anxiety, i usually shy away or try to hide but he definitely kept me engaged on what was going on and how the process worked. Had questions that I was nervous to ask but Joe was very kind and understanding! Definitely worth coming back! Most definitely check out AT&T! Great experience!!!
