I can't say enough about this company as well as Mark. I had an issue with my vehicle they were very quick and response with my back and forth questions. I'm new to the area and a mechanic is not always the easiest to find trust and have a good experience but Mark and Otto import specialists went above and beyond working within my time frame ready as promised and communicated about an update and asked before they went ahead and did something in addition to what we had spoke of.. I can't thank them enough and I will be recommending them to others.

Excellent work and customer service! I was traveling alone and had an emergency situation with my car. Thank goodness I connected with Auto Import Specialist. Mark & Joe really took care of me: fixed my Mercedes, kept me updated every step of the way AND called my warranty service for coverage. I was very lucky to work with them!!

Highly recommend them. I had mechanical problems on the way to the airport and stopped in when they were closing but they stayed late and got me back on the road quick! Very friendly staff.
