“They changed the spark plug in my car, what a bad experience they left everything worse, I returned to them, they no longer want to fix their work, I had to go to another mechanic and they found the spark plugs all damaged, broken, it seems that their work is useless, I do not recommend it.”

“Needed my rear bumper replaced. Got three local quotes. Jim was competitive in price. However, with a 50% downpayment, he ordered the part and had them painted before I got there. As a result, I got the car back the same day I dropped it off. In addition, Jim saw a problem with a tire I didn't see which, if not fixed, was a real safety hazard. “Brought my 1973 Mustang convertible to the guys twice. Once to put a new top on, and talking to them about doing the interior over the winter, they quoted me a price. And it was like , wow. It was a lot cheaper then I figured, so I let them do it. Only took 2-days for the top replacement,and 4- days for the carpet, front seat install and hand make a back-seat to match the front seats. Fantastic turn out, couldn't be happier.”

“I stopped in at Fred and Jim,’s garage on a Thursday or Friday to ask them to take a look at my tire. Beverly at the front counter was very courteous and helpful while I describe my problem. Warren I think it was came in from the back to speak with me personally about scheduling me in on Monday or Tuesday the next week. I showed up at 9 o’clock on Tuesday morning as suggested, and a brief 50 minutes later my car was returned to me with the repair completed at a very reasonable price. I will be back and I definitely recommend.”
