When did AutoZone quit helping install a battery?
My wife and son had battery go out, but fortunately, they got it jumped and to AutoZone. Bought a new battery, and told clerk she didn’t have tool to fix it.
She had to jump start the car again to drive it home for me to install on my lunch, then drive back to return the old one for the core charge.
Battery took less than 5 minutes to change with only a 10mm bit.

Worst experience. My first and last time to be here. I went for a battery change and installation. They literally couldn't install the battery and started knocking with a hammer on all body parts trying to get it in. In addition to being very rude and unprofessional on all sides.

Needed a new brake light, Andrew was friendly, helpful, and he got me sorted with the right bulb installed it quickly, will be back for any other car troubles!

I bought some windshield wipers from them and they install them for me even though it was raining pretty good. Very helpful employees and always ready to help if you ask.

At least one of the employees there and help you out I won't say that they're all any type of helpful but at least one of them can help you I would actually recommend going to a different location
