The auto parts store is very good. The only ones who provide bad service are the women. When you return a part, they need the receipt, but you have an account and they don't want to look on the computer.

Returning an item should not be a issue when you never used it and you had just bought it the night before. I will be choosing a different location and business when I need anything in the future.

Literally just tried to return something I no longer wanted and it was paid with debit. He could’ve given me cash since it was debit, but proceeded to say he needed the card to return. It’s my birthday and this makes me very angry. Not happy at all. Won’t have my service again.

Good parts store for most automotive needs. Common items are right up front. They usually have a decent selection of fluids and mechanic in a bottle type stuff. One of the older auto parts stores around besides NAPA/Ridge. I've spent a lot of money at this place over the years and they stay pretty consistent with parts and pricing. They also carry more affordable options for a lot of replacement parts. I dropped 1 star because I hate the way the parts counter is crammed with dime store items for sale. They used to be clear and usable.

While I was there this afternoon I was having trouble removing the light from my kia sportage, after checking to make sure they had the right bulb. I was in the parking lot when the customer service representative came outside and tried to help me. We couldn’t get it out. Then another customer service representative who was coming back from his lunch break stopped and helped me get it out and replaced, on his lunch hour, exceptional service

They suck the little girl that plays manager there sold me an empty ac recharge can and would switch it out . Don’t go there for service O’reily down the street is better!!!

Clean and friendly store. Store manager is a retired cop and keeps the store safe and is super helpful.

I went trying to find some vacuum pump oil to buy they said they had 1 bottle but that it was only for rent and when asked about how you can rent oil and how that works she just gave me a blank stare then went to advance auto and told them what I needed and how autozone wanted to rent it every employee looked over and had the same reaction as me that it made no sense and the people at autozone didn't even try and explain how you rent a bottle of oil I may not go back to autozone now that it seems like they don't seem to be helpful any more like I remember them being
