The young service man that came in at 1pm today deserve all the kitty for valentines! He changed my battery and was so positive and nice the whole time, standing out in the freezing temp. He’s a freaking rockstar, thank you!

The employees at this location will do literally everything in their power to help come up with a solution for your problem. Judi and Jake were working the day I came in having no clue why all of a sudden my brake lights stopped working! I haven’t had my vehicle for very long and have never owned a Chevy trailblazer before. I had no clue there were even two fuse boxes let alone the brake switch under the pedal!!! When it wasn’t the bulbs and wasn’t a fuse I was ready to cry!!! Jake suggested the pedal switch and Judi sealed the deal! He looked all the diagrams up on the computer for me and made it easy for me to do! I am so grateful for their help and will be a returning customer!!!

My daughter is a college student in South Bend and when she returned from winter break the battery in her car was dead. I was 10 hours away. I called Autozone, the staff was very helpful and friendly and were able to install the new battery in my daughter’s car.

There are a lot of AutoZones conveniently located. So whether I'm helping someone with their car at their home or working on my own in my own driveway I'm pretty sure there's going to one near by. Staff are always helpful and able to get me what I need to fix the problem. Good prices as well!

Stopped in to pick up a wiper blade for the rear window of my SUV. When I checked the book, it appeared that they didn't have that blade in stock. Employee told me that, "The books aren't accurate". He tried to look it up on their computer with no luck.
Another employee suggested a blade and then the first told me that if it doesn't work and I return it, "It goes against their store". I gave up and left.
Went to their competitor down the street and had the correct blade in 3 minutes.
I probably won't go back to Autozone. Too inconsistent in their service.

Niles auto zone says they have tool that was needed went there no got guy pulls up rosland store ya they have 1 drive there no got guy behind counter says well Mishawaka has 4 asked him to confirm answer I know they have 1as it shows they have 4 okgot number to store called yea they show 4 got 1 lol
