Definitely a no-frills place! But the young man who waited on me, and the 2 gentlemen before me, was professional, friendly, and helpful. My only issue is my payment in store did not register in my app on my phone.

Had problems with my phone being locked out. I have called customer service at Boost Mobile four different people I talk to could not help me with my issue about my phone. Very next day I went to Boost Mobile on Edison Road in Mishawaka. A guy named John went out of his way with his great experience help me unlock my phone. John is one of the go-to guys that if I ever have a problem I will go to him. Thank you John you've been very helpful I wish that Boost Mobile had great workers like you there. If anybody sees this message go to Boost Mobile Edison Road ask for John. He'll go out of his way to help you out with anything.

While the ease of buying a new phone and transferring service was nice..the service itself from Boost is horrible. If at all possible go elsewhere.

I've been to a lot of phone stores around the country. I will say that Kenny Sterling was the best customer service I've experienced by a long shot.

Kenny went above and beyond to help me get the phone I needed and get my account setup. He was very helpful and informative when I had questions about each plan. He also showed me patience while I decided which plan would fit my needs, and assisted in picking out a case and screen protector that would be compatible with my device.

The charger port went out in my old phone today so I came in to get an upgrade. Kenny helped me get a new phone and was very professional. I'll be coming back to see him again.

I had a great experience when I came in to set up my account. Kenny was fantastic! Very friendly and super helpful to my needs. Kenny went above and beyond to help ease any concerns I had about switching. I will definitely be sticking with boost for a long time because of the fantastic service I was given! I have referred him and the company out to everyone I talk to. Love the service and exceptional customer experience.

Charged my husband $10.00 cash to recover his contacts. Hmm. Called other boost and they said they don't charge. That contacts are saved in Gmail account.

I pay my bill and leave. No exceptional experience. One time a employee gave me good service. She typically isn't there on a daily basis. They guy is doing his job.

Horrible service. The guy working the desk. Completely messed up my boost mobile account. Also, boost mobile wouldn't do anything to correct it.
