We went to the Boost store on Western Ave. We had wonderful experience setting up new service. Maritza was very professional and patient with us. She also had a great customer service attitude. Many thanks to her for her service.

I was told several months ago I could get onto a cheaper plan to shrink my bill if I got on auto pay... NOW AFTER MONTHS OF BEING ON IT I'm told they no longer do that... Might be time to go to another carrier... I've been with boost for year's too, guess they don't need my money that bad...
