Commons at Juday Creek provides residents (and their pets) with a home-like environment, support for activities of daily living, and a community where they can thrive. We develop personalized care plans to meet the needs of each of our residents. Our care team is available 24 hours a day to provide care in our communities. Our residents enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including group games, exercise classes, movie nights, arts and crafts, and social gatherings. We also enjoy outdoor activities, such as a walking club, a gardening club, and outdoor events!

I recently visited Brookdale South Bend. This place is beautiful and the staff is very active and caring with the patients. The environment is warm & welcoming. Cindy King is an amazing host.
