“We had Carpet Service replace living room carpet and kitchen and dining room linoleum with beautiful laminate flooring. The workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. Their crew was remarkable. They worked to make sure everything was just as we wanted it and agreeably made a couple of changes we requested. I was amazed that they cleaned up each area as they worked. Even the trim was done perfectly. I said that I felt like I had a new house! Thanks, Carpet Service Outlet.”
“My experience with Comfort Flooring & Design was second to none! Wendy and the team were absolutely wonderful to work with! Wendy went above and beyond to help us get our new flooring sooner than expected, and our carpet installer, Chuck, was excellent and was able to squeeze us in earlier than anticipated which was such a gift!
I came into the store feeling very stressed and frazzled, and Wendy’s friendly, professional, and top-notch customer service made the entire process so much easier. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!”
“This store is run by the absolute kindest people. My husband and I had a small patch of flooring that had rotted. We were hoping to cut it out and patch it as best we could. The associate helped me find a close match and gave me a plank for free since they usually don't sell them individually. Thank you!”
“Kristi was key in getting materials ordered for a commercial job I did recently. You can count on her knowledge of materials and her dedication to making sure materials are in when needed for the job. She always goes above and beyond and follows up on orders without being prompted to do so. I wish all suppliers had a Kristi!”

“Excellent work and very knowledgeable. Sy exceeded my expectations. He was so kind- I found out I was supposed to click a link to give me information on how to prepare, but didn’t. He move heavy furniture so more area could be cleaned. Genuinely nice guy, and I highly recommend him.”
