Bad freight carrier, they have no customer service, plus you can never talk to local terminal in your area. Price isn't everything.

Horrible service! Driver showed up without the correct or new equipment to even get my pallets off the truck. Suggested my husband help push them off. Sent one guy with a bad lift to try and move five pallets weighting a total of over 7k pounds. Then the driver had no suggesting except leaving it blocking our driveway. Finally had to have my husband, brother and his friend move it all why the delivery driver just walked along next to them. I'm furious and asking for a refund from Home Depot.
