Dr. Chris Payton and Pam Mahlie are the best! They came to my home to euthanize my dog, which was so kind - something other vets in the area appear not to be willing to do. They have gone out of their way to help with other pets in so many ways - once Pam delivered medication to my house along with a doggie diaper for my dog who was near his end and could not walk very well so that I wouldn't have to come in to get it. Those two are angels.

Terrible service! I took my puppy to be seen, and she said she couldn't help me (which I understood ) so I said can I make an appointment and she no, I said ever ? And she said we don't have availability She was rude and had bad attitude. If you're not available I understand but you can at least be nice about it! Shoulder length black hair with glasses

These guys killed my dig bc of their stupidity. Be wary of these guys. They are only in it for the money. I'd hate to see this happen to someone else. The owner is the biggest scumbag on the staff, and the rest are all imbeciles. Do yourself and your pet a favor: go somewhere else. Please.

Dr Payton had only seen my dog Jack once back in February, but he and his technician came out yesterday to put him to sleep. They were kind and caring and very respectful of not only Jack but of my feelings and my daughter's. There was no rushing, just gentle guidance. Thank you for helping us do this difficult time.

This is my 40th year being with Doc Marty and Western Veterinary Clinic. Many wonderful people make up the clinic to help the animals and to educate their human caretakers. Living on a farm I have had different animals large and small besides dogs and cats and it was important to me to have a veterinary clinic that was able to care for all instead of going to many others. A one stop shop so to speak. West Vet has been the best fit for me and my animals, a five (5) star operation!

One of the most caring and knowledgeable vets in the area. Always answered my questions and concerns about my fur babies and has a great bedside manner to do the shots and everything to my sometimes hard to handle horses.

I had to make the heart wrenching decision to have my 17 year old cat put to sleep. Because of Covid-19 I was having a hard time finding a vet that would allow me to be with my fur baby during the procedure. Everyplace I called, including my regular veterinary clinic wanted to take my pet from my car and I could either leave him or they would bring his body back out to me. I absolutely couldn't do that to my sweet boy. I'm beyond thankful my son found Western Veterinary Clinic for me. Even through the extremely cautious safety measures the clinic had in place to protect its customers and staff from the virus, I was able to be with him. They were professional, kind, and compassionate. I left with sadness but they went above and beyond to give me comfort. They made a clay paw print of my cat while I was there and when I got home I realized his name was stamped on it as well. I plan to take my other pets to Western Veterinary Clinic now too! I can't thank them enough.

This vet clinic is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond when I brought my kitten in, giving me great information and my kitten loved them. They are very friendly and not the typical in and out vet. I'm impressed with the pricing and them.
