I tried to get three prescriptions I only received one they wouldn't fill the other two due to my prescription coverage. I called and got my coverage rectified and I told them that it wouldn't be active again until November 1st. My insurance told me I could use my old card until the new one took effect she never called them to verify any of this she just typed my information in the computer and the lady was upset that I didn't call her so I didn't come up to the pharmacy even though I had a prescription to pick up.She kept repeating herself like I didn't understand what she told me. I have never had an issue with CVS prior to this never again.

Pharmacy closed on a normal day/time with no explanation. Phone calls not being answered. Waited around for 30 minutes to see if they were just running late but never opened

Worst place ever. Pharmacists are rude. And they close whenever they want, because they dont have employees, so if you are a cancer patient needing your pain meds, or diabetic needing life saving meds, and they decide to close 4 hrs early on a frisay, your just screwed over the whole weekend. Ill never use this or anyother cvs again as they clearly dont follow franchise protocols for open and closing! Nor do they care about customer satisfaction. However there is Never a line, but now after 2 times they closed on a whim, i see why!

Varied hours. No weekend hours. Long wait times. It is a shame that Target didn't keep their pharmacy. The CVS here is horrible. I'm not sure if the location gets any support.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would this by far the worst cvs in our city and wish they would just close it. They never answer their phones and never have perceptions ready.

Mistakenly had a prescription sent here. Spent two days trying to pick it up. They never called or texted when it was ready like most CVS stores do. Each time I went there, there was no one behind the counter and when I called - I guess they were on lunch? Waiting days to get a prescription filled that you need ASAP is ridiculous.

Recently theres a new Asian man who works there and hes the absolute rudest person I've came in contact with. He never lets you finish a sentence, rolls his eyes through your questions, and just gives off a hugely arrogant attitude. Sir, if you dont want to work in customer service then dont but theres no reason to get so annoyed when its literally your job to help customers. I'll definitely be transferring my scripts elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if I could because the service here is so ridiculous. My father who is a physician was trying to call in a prescription and the pharmacy staff member who answered the phone after a wait of at least 10 minutes was incredibly rude. He wasn't listening to the fact that a prescription was being called in and kept repeating that he didn't have a prescription there. Every time we tried to explain that it was an order for a prescription being called in, he would talk over what was being said just to repeat that there was no prescription there. I asked to speak with some else and he said that he's the pharmacist and there was no one else to talk to. After I asked him to stop being rude and listen to what we needed he hung up on us. We've had several bad experiences at this location over the past couple years, but this was by far the worst. The management team here needs to get a handle on their staffing issues and train the employees they do have on staff on how to provide acceptable customer service.
