I feel sorry for the pharmacy department, those people are always busy. For the most part they are kind and courteous, even when dealing with rude people. Hats off to you guys!

This pharmacy has the most incompetent techs and very rude people working there. They wont help a customer if itmeans work.

Terrible service. I had a prescription called in for a simple antibiotic. Came to pick it up 3 hours later and they still had yet to fill the script. They said that they would expedite the order and have it filled within 10 minutes. After waiting well over a half hour I went up to the desk to inquire about the progress and they still had yet to fill the script. While we waited there were no more than 3 customers that they had serviced so they weren't exactly busy. All in all, what should have been a 5 min run to pick up antibiotics turned into a 45 minute affair.

This has to be the worst drive thru pharmacy ever. The guy who they have working the drive thru weights about 500lbs and moves as slow as a sloth. I don't understand why they have him working here. They obviously don't care about people needing their medicine in a hurry. I had my infant screaming due to an ear infection and he disappeared for 10min.

Have tremendous difficulty with this particular pharmacy over the last year. Receive notification that RX is ready when it is not, promised in 30 min several times and has taken up to 2.5 hours. Pharmacist and tech turn over rate is growing with each visit. Finally, gave up and have used the CVS in Target. Less convenient but much more efficient.
