The physical store was fine but my mobile app showed my store I use in a store I have never used and in my personal information had my birthday wrong by almost 40 years & my shipping zip code was in a city I do not live in. I was suspicious that someone used my account

Never had an issue with the pharmacists, so I'm not really sure what other people are talking about. My one-star review is because I've only used my card at two locations ever - this CVS and a BP gas station nearby on McKinley and Hickory - and my card was skimmed. I'm not sure which place did it, but these are the only two places that could have, so watch out. Don't use the ATM.

This one I normally never have any issues. However I did not have the lady I normally deal with (shorter, brown hair, middle aged possibly/ she’s decent to deal with) the strawberry blonde with the cat eye glasses… yea no, you don’t need to scream in my ear lady.

worst pharmacy ever. Got a text my prescription was ready to pick up get there and they tell me they are out of it. No text no call and then they tell me at 6 PM on a Friday to call the doctor to send a different kind.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Medications keep shifting between "processing," "ready," and "on backorder." I received PA for my medication and THE CVS APP told me that I was waiting for them to prepare the medication - I called and they said that no one told them the PA went through and that they don't get any information that might be displayed in THE CVS APP. Every time I visit, they say it will "be in tomorrow." I get that delays happen, but something at this location is absolutely broken. They gaslight me by questioning if I spoke to someone on the phone after I called and was told my medication would be ready. Avoid this place—other CVS locations in town are much better managed.

New system to call pharmacist is not good. I tried to call the system three times today. The messaging machine kept on messing up.. couldn't even receive a message back.

**contact board of pharmacy** **write a complaint letter to board of pharmacy** More often than not I encounter poor service just minding my business waiting in line. And once waited for the head pharmacist (male) to give me instructions on how and what to expect out of a medication for my child and this colored woman got mad at me for just waiting in a separate line to speak to him. She was yelling from across her section in the department while I was at the desk saying what do you want? And gets louder every time she asks. I ignored it because I know she’s not talking that way with me but again please complain to the Board of pharmacy for your complaints in writing!! Reviews will not change the outcome of the treatment we all get.

Normally pretty smooth to get my prescriptions but they sometimes let cars wait 20-30min in the drive through. Kinda unfair to everyone else. It takes me under 5min to get my prescriptions at the window when they're ready for pickup.
