Can't stand half the girls that work in the pharmacy. They all act like they hate their lives and take it out on the customers. I have problems with the same ones. They are always talking over me or interrupting me. I told one that my insurance changed at the beginning of the month and she tried telling me I was wrong, that it was the first of the year NOT the first of the month. I asked her to please just put in the new info that I was given at the beginning of the month and lo and behold!!! It's like I actually may know a thing or two about what's going on in my own life. Anyways... I still only come to this pharmacy because of the young, dark haired pharmacist. He is amazing and I don't know what I will do if he ever leaves!!!

They don’t answer the phone in pharmacy. And after holding for 12 minutes they picked up and hung up. I called back and was on hold for 40 minutes. Terrible!! No wonder CVS has such an awful reputation. Nobody is doing anything to fix it.

Came to get my prescription an hour before they closed, and was told it wouldn't be ready in time. Came the next day, 4 hours after they opened and I still had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. Would not recommend this pharmacy

I take my Amazon returns back to cvs whenever I have a few to go back and CVS is always very clean, friendly and willing to scan in my returns and quickly send me my code saying I brought my returns in it’s a sort of receipt to prove you brought your returns in. I guess in case there’s any confusion on Amazons end. I always enjoy getting waited on by a friendly cashier at CVS.

On the phone for an hour and a half I waited no one came back to the phone I finally hung up I need to call back and this was on a Sunday . They were already closed I was so mad that I could Spitfire then it happened another day that they held me on the phone for an hour no one came back I hung up I’m leaving the store I’m not going to go to the store for my medicines I’m planning on moving them away from their far far away from there becausethey just too busy to answer calls or answer anything in fact my friend was in the store and said that she was standing out in there lobby and they were there were a few times and their time the phone rings the store whatever Without management are the picking up the phone and just hanging up didn’t even say hello.

TRANSFER YOUR STUFF TO WALGREENS!! I’ve called the store a few times from in line in the store and watched the pharmacist consistently hang the phone up instead of answering the calls while he was not busy. I’m transferring my prescription directly across the street to Walgreens where they actual answer the phones and customers questions are answered and valued. You’ll die waiting on CVS

This store is dirty and their carpet is shot. You will find one person at the front of the store as CVS cuts staff and encourages self-checkout. So much for "customer service." The pharmacy is busy - so much so that you can ignore their promised times for rx to be ready. The clerks appear stressed and act unpleasantly. I have used this store 22 years - it has really gone downhill - CVS can close it for all I care. The good news? Theres a Walgreens across the street.

I'd give no stars if I could. The tech refilled the wrong rx for me even though I was standing in front of her saying "the one with X mg. The other should have been deactivated." It took days to sort out and the pharmacist told me they have too many scripts to fill to be able to listen to patients when they talk.

The other reviews are spot on. The pharmacy here needs shut down or entirely restaffed. Every single time I go here, I have to go back and forth with the confused pharmacists to get my single prescription that I get every month. EVERY single time they claim its not there, until I tell them the specific name and they dig deeper. What's the issue with this? Are they being trained at all? Not to mention their voicemail doesn't bother to mention if they're closed before putting you on hold, which has seemingly caused many people (including me) to waste a lot of time waiting on someone who isn't even there.

I called the store for an hour to find out if they had COVID test in stock, was placed on hold, sent to pharmacy voicemail, and hung up on not one of my calls were answered. I was trying not to enter the store because I am displaying signs of COVID, I masked up and went into the store just to hear an employee and the pharmacy personnel discuss someone coming in looking for masks for COVID and it wasn't something I as a customer should hear. I did all I could to bite my tongue but, I did say it would've been courteous to at least answer the phone and say they were busy.

Was called, texted and emailed about my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. I went to pick up 2 days later and it WASN'T READY! This has happened several times.
