Great pharmacy to go to! I spoke with Andrea, the manager of the pharmacy. She helped me get all my prescriptions transferred. Was very helpful to figure out which ones I had refills on and got them filled immediately. This is the best customer service I've gotten in a very long time. Courteous, helpful and friendly. The entire pharmacy staff was friendly and actually the entire cvs staff was friendly. This is the CVS on Western avenue. So if you're looking for a helpful pharmacy staff, I suggest that you go to the CVS on Western avenue! If I could have put more stars up I would have.

CVS is okay I prefer Walgreens but because our Walgreens is closed I go to CVS it's closer to my home. They don't have everything like they used to but I still will go there for what I need

Used to be fine enough here, but itâs gone down hill. Last time, the pharmacy guy on the phone insisted on using his discount codes and ignored me when I told him twice that the GoodRx discount was better than his, because his codes are âthe best codes out thereâ. Wasted like 45 minutes of my day because I had to wait around in a new line to get a new label printed because he was wrong but obnoxiously confident in himself anyway. Now they wonât fill my prescription before I leave town. Company policy says it should be fine to fill early, but this store adds an extra day for their store policy, so the text alerts are lies and you wonât find out unless you call and by then itâs already too late. Donât know what difference a day makes except that Iâll already be on a plane. Time to switch to somewhere reliable I guess.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten! First no one lets anyone know about shortage of medications, now they donât order prescriptions on time... I have a order sitting there since Tuesday and they still donât have it in....I understand it was late Tuesday around 4 pm but it shouldnât take a day and a half to get a prescription ordered and filled..This is getting ridiculous, cause kids or adults need the medication and no one seems to care...

I usually go here for prescription fills and have not had issues until recently. Need antibiotics but because the Dr whom prescribed is not enrolled in medicaid they will not fill it and refuse to allow me to pay cash. From here on out I will not be using your pharmacy or even stopping in this location. I have never heard of a business refusing a cash payment.

I arrived Sunday, January 15th, around noon to find the clearance sales, as announced in my Facebook group. I asked the cashier in front on that day with the dark Brown hair, where the clearance items were at. She said that she had no knowledge of a 90% sale and that I would have to go through the store and find my sale items . Once I found the clearance items, which were Christmas items approximately 50 feet away from the front register. I selected 3 items and went to the front counter. It was at that time that I informed her that these were the things that were 90% off. She told me that the price for the popcorn that comes in the tin can was originally between $50 and $70. In other words she tried To discourage me from purchasing the popcorn and when the African American cashier returned to the counter, she suddenly got a moment of clarity about the sale items and where they were located in the store and what 90% means. Now that I think about it, the customers in front of me had a lot of items . Please watch the video surveillance when you see me walk in the store with a brown coat and beige boots on that day.

worst customer service twice I've been there same cashier rings me up front area not friendly says she the supervisor what example to have that title .The pharmacy I have no complaints have my prescription ready at timely matter.I only go to that store because the Cvs by my house closed so I drive further.

Horrid pharmacists! Disgusting and dirty store. Worst CVS ever! Never go here. I drove 20 minutes because they told us to come in so they could enter insurance information (they didn't know how over the phone) then were told they are at lunch. Come back later. Never going back!

When you are trying to pick up mes for your kids when the pharmacy opens at â9â. Not only is everyone back here rude but canât even show up on time. And no sense of urgency. Even a cashier said they are in there I donât know what their problem is.
