I've had nothing but problems here. They do not train they're techs and employees on customer service! Always say pre auth didn't go thru, and never check or re run the script! When I complained to pharmacist, they said I could always call there, and "remind" them to rerun the script. Sorry, it's not my job to inform your employees how to do they're jobs! It's ridiculous how bad customer service is! And if course, always stressed out pharmacists, and they in turn are very rude! VERY RUDE! done saying I'm changing pharmacies, consider it done today!!

If I could put no stars I would. I got a prescription refill on the 1st of this month for my blood pressure. Everyone knows when you get your prescription the bag is stapled closed with a description of the meds. They gave me 3 refills for the same script and swore they gave me my hydrochlorothiazide as well but did not. I call and the pharmacist told me I was being stubborn and not listening and need to look again. She hung up on me after trying to argue smh. I'm changing pharmacies. They act as if this is a Percocet or high drug smh I'm 😡

My mother in law came in for help with a prescription she was not accustomed to using the pharmacist was very rude to her and told her she could watch u tube to find out what kind of customer service is that as a pharmacist????? Very poor service they Will not be getting my business!!!!!!

CVS Pharmacy is just pain horrible. I went to pick up a script, they didn't have it. No one called it in and they don't have it. Checked with doc and they said yeah, they have it and resent it. Went back and they told me they didn't fill it because insurance didn't cover it. So I told them ins companies do not run my life or my health maintenance, I do.... So I paid for it with cash and went about my business. Months later I I requested a script and they said no they don't have it, but they do have one from months ago. I was like no we have that one already we need this one and We even had a message text saying they have it. They said no, we don't have it so talk to the person at the other window. They said the same thing we don't have it. So after calling in to them we were told yeah it's right here. I went back to be told again it's not here we don't have it. So I asked them what address do you have ? are there more than one for this person ? Oh yeah, here it is they said... So when I went to get the script months ago, they had it filled and had it under another address for the same person. It cost me $100.00 to get the one the ins would not cover because they just filled one and would not fill another one. This time they just wasted two trips and time by adding in another address for this person making it impossible to know what one its under unless they ask. So needless to say I am banned from CVS. Words may have been spoken, heritage might have been questioned and truth was told to those who didn't want to hear it. CVS is fired.

I've gone here a few times, always willing to give them the benefit of doubt. While they claimed my insurance was the issue, cvs has done nothing to help with necessary medications, including antibiotics for a serious infection (after a tooth extraction, mind you, so I was there with my mouth literally gauzy), and medication for combo sinus infection and covid. The staff was unpleasant as well, acting as though I was a nuisance for asking them to do their jobs. Overall, I'd avoid them.

I tried to call numerous of times to get this handle. This is the second time this has happened. I hope everybody please check your medication. This is ridiculous.. I went to fill my medication weekly box up and notice there was a med in there that was not the same as the others plus it was a
TOTALLY different med! THIS HAS HAPPENED NOTonce but twice this has and I don't even know that's happened before and I didn't even check when I went and looked at my pills They were not the same and it's not even the same prescription.. This can be a truly scary situation if they ever put something in there that can be caused a dangerThis can be a truly scary situation if they ever put something in there that can be caused a danger. Maybe if they would stop sitting there and chatting and get the work done it would be a lot better situation and yes I am angry and very angry. What happens if this wood is so many in their family or somebody they know they wouldn't be happy.

There was one helpful person at the pharmacy. Her name was Chelsea. She was helpful, courteous, could speak English and smile. The girl ringing out prescriptions at the pharmacy should not be working with the public in any capacity. The store was a mess, shelves were empty, floor dirty. The two associates I passed on my way to the back, did not even look up, never mind acknowledge me. It’s a pretty safe bet that I will never bring my business to that store again. It’s really a shame. I used to drive across town for that store. Not anymore.

Both employees wanted to argue about my copayment. After about 10 minutes of conversation I finally convinced them to do their research. I walked out with my prescription and payed $0.00 like I have for the last three years for this same prescription. Basically they wanted to argue. Worst pharmacy ever!

CVS Pharmacy on Ireland Rd. and Ironwood Dr. If I could give them a zero I would just because of the lady Celine or Celina. Very nasty personality and rude customer service support. She hung up on me twice while I was still talking, trying to get information on my medication. The manager tried to justify it by saying that they were short staffed because someone called off. Not acceptable for a customer or anyone to be treated this way. So I paid them a visit because the drive through was closed. I introduced myself to the young lady at the cash register and the Celine lady kept rolling her eyes at me. I didn't say anything else because I was already heated. I've been waiting all day for my doctor's office to send it in. She needs to be seriously trained all over again. Or don't work with the public. I'm really afraid to get my other prescriptions from there knowing that she could cause serious harm to me.

Would leave 0 if I could! Had such a great experience with the male working in the pharmacy he was working with me and said he could give me a few day supply of my sons meds so he didn’t run out and to give a call back if we couldn’t get through to our dr. 20 min later I call back and a lady answers and tells me no she won’t do it and I explain I just spoke with the gentleman and he was going to give a few day supply, she then put me on hold then hung up on me. I call back and get hung up by her again. Switching all of our prescriptions over to another pharmacy.

Prescription has been processing since Tuesday and called the automated this morning said it will be ready by 6pm today, never got a text, called again to see if it was ready and it says my son don't have a prescription...What is up with all these damn pharmacies can't get anything together...I guess time to call and yell at them too. Already did for Western CVS now this one.Maybe I will just call CVS on Western to see if they can fill up
