Long story just know they weren’t correct w what they said was wrong w my car took to get fixed somewhere else and it’s been running better than ever…. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

No other shop has brought me back into the bays to show me what was going on, and there is excellent credit options here for payment. They also quoted me a few hundred less for a part than another shop. Overall, excellent communication and work from the team here. Thank you guys!

Had oil change done a few times. Promo rates are good. Need to schedule appointment and drop off or wait. Diagnostic and text with updates are also good. Downrating for my beige leather interior, hand oil stains on the door handles, driver and passenger side, and also just noticed the stains on the interior ceiling by the handle bars. Unsure what they were doing inside both sides of the car with greasy hands. Having a hard time removing the stains. I notified them and all they said was they’ll talk with management. Doubt I’ll be returning.

Made an appointment. When I arrived I was checked in right away. Everyone was friendly. I was having a AC problem and chose to wait while they looked at it. The waiting room was clean and modern. The bathroom was clean and modern as well. They had bottles of water available for people waiting. Nice touch. Was kept informed of the progress. When it was done, was given an explanation of services rendered. All and all a very positive experience. My normal service place for my German vehicle went out of business so I decide to give TMT a try. Was very impressed. Another nice feature is that they are very connected with using online registration, customer information etc.

It's so nice to find a professional place that gives a good price on a synthetic oil change. They are always very thorough with their inspection and not pushy about getting anything done there that they find wrong.

I was driving to South bend and needed a tire! My daughter recommend TMT Automotive, the service was spectacular, and fast! The waiting area and bathroom was clean and beautiful. The staff was so nice and I was given a rose for Mother’s Day after the service. A 10 out of 10!

It was a great experience. Not only was the oil change and tire rotation done promptly, but in addition Mauricio explained what I should do to keep my engine running efficiently for years to come. He also gave me very useful tips for traveling in Mexico!
