Wish they would tell you who delivery service was before the purchase. After the past two years of mostly loosing every package, I would never choose fedex. The South Bend branch should feel real proud that they are idiots.

I'm hoping if everyone give this place one star theyll shut it down, talked to 3 people before having to drive to this location to pick up my package myself, even then they said the people that are supposed to give me my package aren't there. Use ups please!
