This rating isn't about the neighborhood, it's about the services, I live in this neighborhood. The pumps are old and the cc machine doesn't always work, the prices aren't usually good either. I only get fuel here when I'm in a pinch. On 7/3/18 I point 10 gallons of diesel in my truck and byvthe end of the afternoon my "Water in fuel" dash light was on. It's the first time in my Trucks life that that light has come on. Smh
