I stopped in at Fred and Jim,’s garage on a Thursday or Friday to ask them to take a look at my tire. Beverly at the front counter was very courteous and helpful while I describe my problem. Warren I think it was came in from the back to speak with me personally about scheduling me in on Monday or Tuesday the next week. I showed up at 9 o’clock on Tuesday morning as suggested, and a brief 50 minutes later my car was returned to me with the repair completed at a very reasonable price. I will be back and I definitely recommend.

Nothing but great stuff to say about Fred & Jim's. The place is clean, easy to find, close parking, a breeze to meet with the folks and set an appointment. And of course a locally owned business which I really like to use. Reasonable cost, fast efficient service, and smooth communication. I'll definitely come back for more service and highly recommend!

Absolute great mechanics, always fair with pricing, take it here to get the job done correctly the first time. Have been a customer for 20 plus year and have had lots of work done here and have always been treated fairly, would highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to go on a last minute trip to see our granddaughter and before we left home we had our vehicle serviced. We were told that our breaks were pretty thin, but we had already made the plans, so we went knowing we’d have to get the work done when we got there. We mentioned this to our son and daughter-in-law and she made a call to a friend to see who they recommended. Fred & Jim’s were the one they mentioned, so we called. By a stroke of luck, there were two cancellations that very morning, so we could get in right away. Warren was so kind and talkative while we waited. To our surprise we were in and out in 45 minutes! And the cost was a lot less than what we were expecting. I would certainly recommend this little company to anyone local or from out of town, like us. We told Warren that we have 2 other vehicles back home in South Dakota that will need breaks sooner than later and we are tempted to bring them to him when we go back to visit our kiddos! Bottom line: TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! ?
