Extremely dissatisfied with their service. I sold them a vehicle 2 weeks ago and still have not received my money for my vehicle. The sales rep told me it would be 1 week before i get a check for the vehicle. It's never taken a dealership this long to give me money for the vehicle. I provided them with a clean title to the vehicle and a signed letter from the bank saying that the loan on the vehicle was paid off. I've called them multiple times and no-one knew anything as to when I would here back from them about my money. I had to take off work to physically go there and get an answer into what's taking so long. Still no answer. Looks like this is just another place that only cares about their money and not the customer. Glad I didn't get another vehicle from them.Update: 3 weeks after giving them my truck, still have not been paid for it.

Went in to drop my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and an air filter change. Simple enough. WRONG! It took them 6+ hours. They tried to get me to pay for an AC condenser and sparkugs among other things. Shoving a $1,800.00 bill my way. I very politely declined and told them I’d get a second opinion before looking at finances. After I paid, they handed me my keys. And I figured all was well. As I went to leave I noticed a crack going halfway across my windshield. Wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Upon further inspection, several dings in my car and missing paint. And now suddenly I’m having transmission problems. They don’t know what happened. If it’s any regard, I’m not the first person that this has happened to. Wonder how many otherPeople suffered thousands of dollars in damages for declining a “suggested” bill. If you go here, you will either pay the “suggested” amount. Or you will be forced to fork over more. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

This is the single least trustworthy business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They lost both the title to my trade in and sent the title for my new car to the incorrect address. When I came in to try and figure out what happened I talked to Bryan first who was considerate and trustworthy, but this was a title issue so they sent me over to Ryan Burdue who I had the exact same conversation with except he told me to "get the fuck out of my office" after calling me an asshole. Never buy from here. They will tell you to F off after they have their hands on your money.

Dawson Kratzchmar was very helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I am shopping for a specific year and model Toyota as we are expecting our first child in September. Since I am in Michigan and couldn't inspect the vehicle in person that they had on their lot he took numerous pictures and gave a thorough breakdown on the van I had my eye on. It can be difficult to find an honest person in sales and I am happy I was able to work with Dawson!

We recently took our 4 Runner in for a full maintenance service. Had all oils and fluids changed. They called to say the brakes needed done, have the micrometer readings and we approved the service. Went to pick it up and as we left noticed something wasn't right with the brakes. Took it back and had to leave it overnight as they were closing service for the day. They called mid morning to say the rotors were serviced but should have been changed, so they went ahead and put new rotors on without charge for the inconvenience. Everyone experiences problems, fixing them is the key. Highly recommend.

They broke my front bumper and tried to hide. Then they gaslight me saying they never changed the oil. I left the receipt where the oil was changed. Then says I put 1800 miles on it after the fact. Think it has anything to do with you a month response time. That oil change recent blows your just a tire rotation story out of the water. Sir,do you have no decency!!!

We traveled about 2 hours and were quickly introduced to Shasa, Gate's internet sales manager. She passed us on to Mercedes who was VERY helpful and efficient. We laid out our expectations, took our 2022 Toyota Sienna for a run, then immediately to Layton who worked out the paperwork. It all happened within an hour! Within another 30 minutes we were on the way home. The quickest and most efficient car buying experience we've EVER had. Thanks, Gates!!p.s. unfortunately, a couple days later we received a call from Layton who advised they erred on the paperwork and forgot to note that our trade in needed a payoff. So we are now getting that squared away. I thought the initial ending numbers were surprising but will not be where we expected.

Sasha helped me when I wanted to sell my Jeep. She contacted me within 5 min. when I asked for a cash offer through KBB. The whole thing start to finish was completed ahead of schedule and even after the sale she continues to answer my communications with profesionalism and courtesy. I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough. I wish I could give her 6 stars.

I've gone to Gates for all of my cars now for the last 15 years. My entire family has used them. I sold my 4 runner to them 3 weeks ago. I received the bank payoff a week ago and they have yet to send me my money. I saw my 4 runner and the new owner up in Michigan. Funny- they were quick to pay the bank to get that title but never issued my check! I had to call and ask for my money and now I'm told I have to go pick it up or wait for it in the mail. Why wouldn't they issue my check the same time they paid the bank?! I seriously don't think they would have paid me if I hadn't called. Scammers! I will NEVER buy from Gates again and neither will my family.

Have bought 2 vehicles from this location. On both occasions our salesmen were professional and polite. Today I worked with Dawson. He gently approached me as I was driving through the Lot and I told him I wanted this specific car and I wont pay more than X-amount. Of course he stated that the price I suggested was off of the normal asking for that vehicle but he would go check and make sure we could make I deal.I said thank you, and I will be back in 20 minutes because I needed to check on a vehicle up the street at Ford. Dawson did not even flinch, he said I understand. Dawson quickly made his way back to the office and I drove slow to check on a few more cars. We passed on my way out of the Lot and he said I'll see you soon.I went to Gurley Leep Ford, I was quickly met by a nice young man named Pierce, but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. We had a good chat, I shopped around unbothered, then drove back to Gates.Upon arriving at Gates I was happy to find that Dawson did not instantly jump on me. Another employee opened the front door for me, and when Dawson spotted me he said we can make a deal, please follow me.We sit down in an office, we talk cost of car and my trade in. He accepts what I tell him, then checks with finance about my demands. Dawson comes back and says we can do this. I told him I can't do that, and he applies the appropriate amount of pressure given the situation, but I had my mind made up.Dawson left and came back to let me know I got what I wanted. Thank you to Dawson, and thank you to Andrew in Finance. Andrew was really nice to work with also!!

After a fairly rocky interaction with a sales associate who still has quite a bit to learn (and don't we all?), we were incredibly pleased with the level of care and attention to detail provided by Andrew in finance. Overall, we love our new Toyota Highlander.

We found a New Camry that we were looking for and looking to trade in our 2019 Toyota 4Runner with less than 33,000 miles on it…we had been given a trade in value of $33,500 multiple other places, but when we went to trade it in they wanted to give us $31,000…we ended up agreeing on $31,500 because Jimmy said that they don’t mark up the vehicles like other places and are very transparent. They are now selling it for $39,396. So…if you want a dealership that will actually give you what your trade is worth, DO NOT go here. Fort Wayne Toyota and Ed Martin Toyota are better options and will give you what your car is worth. We all know salesmen lie…but it’s how much they will actually screw you to get the deal done.
