The Gillespie Hall is a great place for medium to large gatherings. The food that I experienced is great! The bathrooms are spotless. And the staff is friendly.

I could write A whole book and some on this place right here. Starting from the very first day we met with Allison to just sit down and talk about a possibility of having our wedding reception there, we were sold! Allison and her team, the staff, the people were absolutely nothing short of amazing. She made sure every single detail that we ever wanted, dreamed of, was present on the biggest day of our lives. Her attention to detail, her patience, professionalism, character, listening skills, communication, etc was and is everything you want in an event manager/coordinator! My now wife and I, never felt like it was about how much money we were spending with them, but the bond and relationship that was built in this process of the last 8 months was priceless. They are amazing from the front desk to the kitchen staff and We Can't say enough about them! Needless to say, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! :) Thank you Again Allison and The whole Gillespie team/staff

In Aug 2024, I had the privilege of performing a wedding ceremony for Emily & Carson at Gillespie Conference Center in South Bend, IN. This venue is beautiful, and well laid out. The venue manager, Allison is super pleasant, and very helpful. Loved being of assistance for this event - they truly are such a kind couple! :)
Hope I can be of assistance at this venue again at some point!

Had our wedding and reception at the Gillespie and we are so happy we chose this venue! Allison is incredible to work with. She made our day so easy to plan and made us feel incredibly special along the way! We were also really impressed with the food and bev options! Would give this 10 stars if we could!

The mildew and dust killed my allergies! Wish all the booths were alphabetical. The ones that were I bought from. Only two vendors ask what I was looking for. One didn't have the other I bought three things.

This is a beautiful event center. However, as expected, everything is an add on. Just be prepared to bring your checkbook.
