Can anyone tell me how to reach the supervisor/manager of the Always Open GOLO on Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN. I have called at least 50 times, no one picks up and there is voicemail. I need help in obtaining a gas receipt to prove I purchased gas in a rental car. Budget is charging me an obscene amount for refueling and I topped the tank off at this station. I was on my way back to FL and am no longer in South Bend. Any help would be appreciated

The men's bathroom had an "OUT OF ORDER" sign but it wasn't really out of order...just nasty things had been done in there by nasty people and I guess nobody in charge wanted to clean it.
