Managers wanted to argue.
I was trying to explain to her the tag said the thing the price said another.
This was the first time with the employees arguing
Cashier attude sicked.
I spoke to someone in corporate head of employees HR Department about this it supposed to stop. I'm a person that has heart failure.

The older African American lady closing the store tonight, thought it was funny to tell me “your going to get beat up and thrown out, taking so long” and I looked at her and said “oh yeah? Sounds like that’s going to be a nice lawsuit “ she looked at the heavier set Hispanic lady and said “oh she thinks I’m kidding, we will all jump you and throw you out together, that’s not a joke” I walked away and ignored her, as I will be calling and corporate, the district manager, the corporate manager, and the regional manager. I’ve never been so boldly threatened by a employee of a organization!

the prices are annoying. they’ve raised the prices to be similar, if not more expensive, than reselling apps like Depop/Poshmark/Facebook Marketplace… They get these items for free and are almost all profit yet they are still charging a ridiculous price. I’ve been to larger cities who have prices that are similar to here.. I tried to buy a small pack of art posters and the manager told me I needed to buy the entire pack - which consisted of 9 packs of the same posters for $10.99?!?! This is South Bend… not a major city where people can afford high prices. Cater to the people in the community

Okay, so the business aspect does need a good renovation.But the items are what they are donated items resold to pay for the patronage of other programs Goodwill has.However, I have noted that prices have gone up more, and at times, the items are not really worth it.
