Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows how to cut hair and where there isn't a time limit! I could have done better cutting my own hair! So disappointing - will never return! They are cheap for a reason! The stylist made my hair short a bushy! I did not ask for either of those ?

I usually have no problem with my 2yo getting his haircut... They usually do an awesome job when he would cry and move. Today he sat super good and didn't cry and the lady maria messed his hair up soooo bad. His calic didn't even get cut so it's just a long floppy part on his head. The stylists are always great for me and my family! My sons are autistic and they love getting their hair cut at the Portage Rd location...the ladies there are great with them! We have been going there for many many years.
