Went to clean out my unit and I walked in to my stuff destroyed by mice and piles upon piles of mice poop everywhere. Call to talk to them because they after awhile of having the unit they made you get insurance. So now when I go to clean it out I have a bunch of destroyed things that they want me to dispose of or they are going to change me to clean it out. So I'm supposed to clean it out my stuff put it where they don't even have trash cans or anything that you can use. It's bad enough that I have to throw out all my stuff that I've been pay so long to storage for what just to throw it away. To be charged for is an insult. And the lady the answer to the phone, had an attitude like I was inconvenience to her. It's very unprofessional, and very disappointing.

I have had a storage unit their for 2 yrs I maybe had to go to it 6 times in those 2 years.. Today when I pulled into the storage unit I got a metal shard in my tire and because where it was I had to get a whole new tire and now I'm out $90...

Horrible they let someone come in and take my sons stuff as long as they had the code to get into the gate everything is gone the people that took it wasn't even under the name that it was in no drivers license or Id for them
