I had a great experience here! I ended up with exactly what I had wanted. I came looking for a black wedding gown and they had a few options to show me, after trying on a few dresses I ended with a dress I have never felt prettier in. Can't wait to show it off on my big day. And Anita was amazing! Super sweet and brought me out of my comfort zone. All the ladies were so helpful. Will be returning for my further wedding needs!

Anita was such an amazing help with picking my dress and picking it up! She went above and beyond to help me stay in my budget, kept us laughing through the whole appointment, was amazing with my two little kids, and just overall such a wholesome and down to earth woman!! So thankful to have had her and thankful to meet such a beautiful human ❤️❤️

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Greta’s!! I had Anita as my consultant and she was AMAZING!! I loved every minute of my appointment. She was so kind and spunky, our personalities meshed so well. I was so apprehensive and afraid that I wouldn’t find anything that fit right or looked good on me and boy was I wrong!! Not only does Greta’s have a huge selection of dresses they also have sizes for us bigger girlies!! I had so many to choose from and it was such a relief!! I was starting to get discouraged at one point but Anita went into overdrive and reassured me that I was going to be ok and gave me the comfort I so desperately needed in that moment. Thank you so much for helping me find THE dress!!

Went to Greta's this past weekend to LOOK at wedding dresses. Myself and 3 other ladies entered the building and had been in the establishment over 30 mins ! NO SERVICE!Not a hi or even anyone in site! So we decided to start looking around. I had actually found a dress i wanted to try on eventually a girl who appears tells us she will look for greta . She was not able to find Greta in the building even though there was no one in the establishment but myself my friends and a girl looking for a prom dress. So she tells us " IT'S OKAY" to try on the dress in the regular dressing room. About 5 mins pass and here comes a lady bursting in the dressing room as i am undressed ! She snatches the dress out of my friends hand and states "THIS IS NOT HOW WE DO THINGS IN A REAL BRIDIAL SHOP"!! after she continues to put herself and her establishment above any other! i realized this was Greata! She told us she couldnt help us at first we had to make an appt! We explained this was no problem! Because we entered the store and no service for over 30 mins and the fact of her rude service! I will never recommend her services to anyone! Her shop was my first stop during our day because she was recommend! After seeing the "REAL GREATA" i can not see myself giving my business or even a recommendation.I also feel this woman may be racist! Even though i was the soon to be bride during this whole encounter she never truly addressed me yet would address my friends!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very disappointing experience. Instead of offering assistance, the sales associate treated us with disrespect and repeatedly questioned my mother's intentions in the store. It was evident that our presence was unwelcome. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL. If you’re a person of color don’t bother shopping here. You will be treated with disrespect.

I found my dress at Greta's last fall and the dress was a bit big on me to begin with. Of course, I picked a dress that the vendor no longer orders, so we bought the only dress in the store because of this. Plus I would need alterations anyway since I am only 5'3". Well I ended up losing 18 pounds, from September to January, which is a lot for a wedding dress. I showed up to my next appointment and Peggy, the seamstress, ended up resizing me and told me the dress would need to be taken in by 2 dress sizes. To my surprise, Greta ended up calling me after the appointment to inform me that she got a hold of the dress vendor and they added the dress back in rotation and can definitely order my size. Greta went above and beyond for me. They are very flexible and willing to work with you. If you are looking for a wedding dress, make sure to visit Greta's Bridal & Formalwear! You won't regret it.

There are a ton of dresses here, but a lot of them are samples and can’t be ordered in different sizes only what’s on the rack. However I acknowledge the huge selection.Greta is very very pushy she was following us to the door when we were leaving still trying to make a sale. She was alsobblatantly rude and body shamed me the entire time, literally pointing at my butt saying it wouldn’t fit in anything below a certain size. At one point she ripped a dress out of my hand because she didn’t think it would fit me. She then proceeded to direct me to dresses that were 4-5 sizes bigger than I am and only made me try on gowns that hung off of me like a trash bag they were so big. The other store associates were very nice and sweet, though.

I am looking for a mother of the groom dress. When we walked in we were greeted by asking us if we had an appointment. I said no, I was not aware we needed one. She suggested we come back in several hours. Then said she would not be able to help us or provide a fitting room. (there were two cars in the parking lot). Then she asked me when was the wedding date. When I told her, she proceeded to then say that she could not order anything or alter anything. Essentially indicating I was too late to be shopping for a dress. She waved us over to the rack of dresses and told me that whatever was there would have to do. I did find two that I wanted to try on and she led me over to the "prom room" which by the way was full of wedding dresses, and showed me the fitting room. There were 6 rooms and they were all empty! I would not have spent a dime there even if I fell in love with a dress. I was treated like an intrusion and as though I was nothing.

This is a wonderful store. I can in with an idea for a dress for my granddaughter's wedding, but was graciously directed to another which was better for my body. The lady helping me seemed like a friend. The store has so many gowns to choose from, and the prices were extremely reasonable.

Found my very perfect dress in Greta’s selection! Beautiful gowns to choose from made it difficult but Anita and Greta were incredibly helpful!

Greta's Bridal offers a massive selection of gorgeous wedding gowns in literally every style and size you can think of. They have everything from the latest trends to the most classic styles. Normally I would find this overwhelming, but our bridal stylist Anita was an absolute gem. She listened to what I was interested in and helped find great dresses that fit my vision. She also encouraged me to try other styles which made the whole process extra fun. Anita was attentive and affirming; she complimented the dresses she liked, but she did not hesitate to be honest when we weren't loving a specific dress. Overall, the customer service Anita offered made the whole experience welcoming, easy, and fun. I found a beautiful dress that I loved a lot.
