Asked them to only do my taxes from 2024 and they filed my 2023 as well without my consent. Made this abundantly clear both through message and in person when taxes were getting prepared. Now I paid them two times what I was supposed to plus lost the rest of my return to my 2023 tax obligations. Do not go to them they file taxes for prior years without your consent while also doing it under somebody else's name. Now they can't figure out who did my taxes only the person whose name was on them to do them but wasn't there in the office when I had them done. Having to file a whole lawsuit because they stole my money and fraudulently filed taxes for 2023 without my consent. Do not go here.
