Very nice cozy, best breakfast, great coffee, and great location for walking on Notre Dame campus, food within walking distance, less then a mile away. Loved it. Its a bit dated but that kinda adds to the charmRooms: Nice a bit outdated on walls and curtains but clean and nice, bed was comfy, countertops were newer and updated, microwave, refrigerator, kuerig.Nearby activities: Right across Notre Dame campus,Walkability: Walking around campusand less then a mile to walk to lots of food choices and Notre Dame book store.

We loved the location as it was across the street from the Notre Dame campus. Clean, spacious, great safe parking, lovely breakfast and nice staff.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. The location is great, they offer many breakfast options, and the staff, for the most part, is great. Any time we've had any issues, Aurora quickly fixed them for us, and helped us in any way we needed. She definitely deserves a raise/promotion! Definitely recommend staying here. ?

Really enjoyed staying at the Ivy Court Inn & Suites. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable (and spacious!), breakfast had a variety of options, and there were great places to just sit and relax whenever we were around the hotel. The rocking chairs on the porch that looked out at the intersection of Angela Blvd and Twyckenham Dr. gave a really nice view to just watch the traffic and enjoy the scenery. I recommend getting a beverage and sitting out there at sunset if you're at the inn around that time. There is a great fitness center, vending machines, and even a laundry room in case you need to do a load while you're there. The mini fridge in the room had a small freezer, which came in handy for the icepacks I keep in my soft-sided cooler. While the inn isn't in the heart of downtown, it's only a couple of minutes away, and being next to Notre Dame offers a great advantage to do a walking tour of the campus. Or, rent a bike from the front desk and bike around!! This is definitely a must-stay location if you're visiting South Bend.

I very much enjoyed my stay here! It was a very clean and homey place. The breakfast was very good I enjoy the breakfast burrito. Never got the chance to check out there exercise room.

Fresh, “homey” full breakfast! For a family of four, we were thrilled with the morning delights The staff team shows great hospitality. Kudos to the kitchen team!!!! Rooms- again, clean, inviting, spacious suite. Beyond the franchise/chain-kind of hotel. If we ever come back to visit Wisconsin, no doubt/ I will reserve here! Grateful.

I was passing through South Bend on a road trip with my son and wow, what a find this was! I'm sure it is super busy during the school year but on a summer weekend, it was perfect. Pleasant surprise to have a suite and be able to stretch out. Quiet, very competitively priced, and safe. Got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a little lighter than expected and they were out of most food 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast; that's my only critique. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Huge room, better than average hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. ND campus is across the street. Could it get any better? Yes it can, this hotel (June 16 - 19), was less than half the cost of the hotels around the corner on Angela St.

Aside from the great location the staff here was very professional 3 professional and helpful. The room was big and clean. Although and had a small TV. I really enjoyed their selection for breakfast. Would definitely come back here againSpecial thanks to aurora
