I took my truck there after being involved in a crash. They stated that it would take 2 weeks to complete the repairs. It ended up taking 7 weeks with very little communication, and always an excuse. I had to call to find out if they would complete it on the new dates that they kept giving. When I was finally told that it would be ready, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for about 2-3 hours. When they pulled it around it was aware that no one had even looked the truck over. There were still big scratches on areas they were paid to repair. The truck was left again overnight. When I went to put fuel in my truck, a few days after I picked it up, I realized that they hadn't attached my filler neck to my truck bed, so I had to go back before I ran out of fuel. Shortly after that I started having problems with my taillights. I took it back, and they told me it wasn't the light they had installed that failed, it was something else and that I should take it to a shop that does those types of repairs. I did, and the cause was listed as a compromise to the wiring harness under the bed. I sent the repair bill to Karl Weiss, and they wanted to dispute it. Shortly after that I started experiencing additional worrying issues with my truck, I contacted them and they ignored me. I filled a small claim against them and rather than do the right thing and fix my truck, they hire an attorney to fight the claim. I wouldn't allow them to put air in my tires, and after all of this, I'll make sure that to warn everyone I know about the way they have been for me.

I have been going to Karl Weis for all of my auto body needs for the last decade. They are honest and fair with their prices. The staff is always friendly and strive to provide exceptional customer service.

Both Gary and Dennis are incredibly kind! Got in a fender bender one afternoon, showed up to the shop without an appointment and they helped me right away. Some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve met. If you need any help with your vehicle, I would 100% recommend visiting them.

My experience with Karl Weis Body Shop was excellent. I dealt mostly with Gary, but also talked to Dennis some. Everyone was great. Repairs needed were explained clearly, they worked with the insurance company well. The delay to get our car repaired was minimal and they even did an on the spot repair so our trunk would close and lock so we could use the car during the short time we had to wait for the car to go in for repair.Finished body repair work was excellent and you cannot tell that it was worked on. Car was ready by the time promised.5 stars out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I have been in twice to Karl Weis for scraped paint on my car. Both times I was able to go in without an appointment and receive prompt, professional, and cheerful service. Not to mention they ended up buffing out the scratches for free! Their quotes are fair and reasonable, and they take time to explain them to you in detail. Can't recommend them enough!

I read a lot of reviews on different auto shops around town and this one sounded by far the best so I had pretty high expectations going in. But I have to say my experience was even better than I could have hoped! I came in for an estimate on a dent that was preventing my driver side door from opening smoothly and had been driving me crazy cause I'd been putting it off for so long. Dennis not only gave me a fair estimate on the cost of repairs but he actually fixed part of the problem so that the door can open smoothly now! Totally for free! I felt so comfortable and welcomed by everyone who worked there, which made it such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I definitely plan to go back for any future repairs I need!
